How long will it take to get my stamp(s)? Once we receive your order we will create the the art template for your stamp and send it back to you (this take less than 24 hours). Once you've emailed (or phoned in) your approval, your stamp will go into immediate production. The whole process usually takes less than a week.
How many impressions will my stamp make? The IDEAL self-inking stamps will make over 50,000 impressions!! The Standard mount stamps will make over 25,000 impressions!
What happens when I get my stamp and I find a typo? If by chance you find a mistake on your stamp(s), we will gladly fix it at no cost to you and then ship within 24 hours.
How are stamps made? Stamps are made useing a liquid photopolymer, and with UV lights to expose the polymer. After all copy is set, a film negitive is made.

Can I use my own clipart? If you wish to use you own art, we recomend that you send it emailed as tiff. bmp. jpeg. when you submit your order just follow the directions. There will be no extra charge for this providing we do not have to make any corrections.

What information do I need to have in order to customize a stamp? Please note the different sizes and type styles, your type size is very important. BIG type does not look very good on a small stamp or in most cases, it does not fit.
Can I get a stamp with a changeable date? If you are looking for a date stamp, our Ideal 6400 series is the best on the market. Low in cost but high in quality. Date bands are good for years to come. We recomend the 6510 dater two color. Blue type red date.
How often do I have to re-fill my self-inking stamp? You should re-ink your pad every six months or when you find your pad stamp starting to get light in color when you stamp.
How long will a stamp pad last? Your stamp and die should last you for years to come or until you move, change your name, or just want a change.

Can I use any type of art for my custom stamp? NO, your art must be black in color limited to simple screens. No half-tones. However, you can draw your own art and send in via mail, or scan it and send it e-mail.
Can I put a border around my stamp? We have several different borders at no extra cost to you. How many rows of characters can I have on my stamp? Depending on the size of your stamp and the type size, you can be up to 24 characters average per line, using 12 point type on Ideal 100 .
Can I choose different Fonts and point sizes? We offer several different type styles to choose from. Type sizes are from 6 to 60 points.
